01 / DEFINE THE WORKSCOPE BEFORE FIGURES.DESIGN — BUILD — LAUNCH
NO TEMPLATE PRICES£JUST THOUGHTFUL SCOPE
01 / WHY WE START WITH A CONVERSATION
Good work does not come in one size.
A site with three pages, supplied copy and a single goal is not the same job as a shop with a product catalogue, booking tools and a new story to tell.
That is why we do not stick a made-up price on a package and quietly remove the useful bits. We understand what needs doing first, agree what is in—and what is not—and price your actual project.
Exact deliverables depend on the platform, existing content and integrations. We confirm what is included, what is optional and any third-party costs before work begins.
03 / WHAT A QUOTE SHOULD MAKE CLEARNO GREY AREAS
01
The direction
What we are solving for, who it is for and how we will know we are on the right track.
→02
The deliverables
Pages, features, content, integrations and creative work—clearly named, not bundled into a mystery.
→03
The investment
A cost linked to the agreed scope, along with payment stages and any third-party fees worth knowing about.
→04
The timeline
Milestones, review points and what we need from each other to keep things moving.
→
04 / A USEFUL FIRST FILTER
What sort of investment are you planning for?
Pick the nearest starting point. This helps us suggest what to prioritise—it is not a price, estimate or commitment.
✳
Your actual project quote comes only after we understand the scope.
YOUR COMFORTABLE STARTING POINT
YOUR STARTING POINT£5,000–£10,000
We’ll explore the main priorities, the content journey and which features are actually essential.
We take time to understand the business, the audience and the reason for the work.
AGREED WITH YOU
A written scope.
The work, milestones and review points are laid out so everyone knows what happens next.
NO GUESSWORK
A clear investment.
Our quote is based on your agreed scope; any external services or additional requests are discussed first.
ROOM TO EVOLVE
An honest conversation.
If priorities change, we talk through the options rather than quietly letting scope creep in.
06 / A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
The bits you might be wondering about.
Why do you not publish fixed package prices?+
Because the useful detail is the scope: your pages, content, features and integrations all change the work involved. A conversation lets us quote the actual job, not a package that may not fit.
Can we work with a smaller starting budget?+
Often, yes. We can help narrow the goal and prioritise a focused first step. We will be honest if the scope needs a different budget rather than promising something that cannot be delivered well.
What happens if we do not know our budget yet?+
That is completely fine. Tell us what you need the website to do. We can talk through priorities, alternatives and a sensible way to phase the work before any commitment.
Are hosting, plugins and other subscriptions included?+
Third-party tools vary by project. Any ongoing subscription or external cost is identified in your proposal so it does not arrive as a surprise later.
A good project starts with a conversation
A useful plan should make the next step feel lighter.
